I noticed that I'd only blogged about English paper. LOL.
I guess that's because every day after prelims, there never once was a time where I could return home telling myself it'd been a great paper, or it had gone reasonably well, or it was passable.
Hurhur, now isn't that sad.
Anyway, prelims are over and we're getting our papers back now. Today was the first day and tomorrow we'd get everything back. We have English and HCL left, I think.
Today had been a torturous day beginning with Chem, then continued having every teacher step in expressing their utmost disappointment with our results.
Lit was probably the only paper I could say anything close to being reasonably well, and as I'd hoped, it didn't turn out all too bad. And that's only because I happened to read the correct content.
I'd initially spent the bulk of my time studying about the theme Courage because I thought it was definitely going to be tested.
And when I got the paper, bam.
It wasn't courage, or anything with the slightest relation.
Imagine the disastrous consequences had I decided to read Courage and solely Courage. Thankfully I'd read a bit of the Negro community, and I guess that saved my sorry ass.
I got a $10 voucher for my Lit results, bestowed upon by TBK, which is funny because she doesn't teach us Lit. LOL. Still, yayness for the free Popular voucher. <3
Thus far, I am satisfied with Lit and Physics. The latter was sheer luck and that was affirmed when I flipped through my paper and doubted my current ability to answer most of the questions. Hurhur, that's how screwed I am, because I still have the major papers to sit for.
I hope English wouldn't be all too bad, although Mdm Ilyana had said that we had "given her rubbish to mark". Not much of an encouragement there.
HCL was bad because I know I chose the wrong question and barely had anything to write for the essays.
For the second paper, I knew nuts about the link between life, and flying a kite. I mean, what the fuck, seriously? A kite? Am I supposed to comprehend the deep and abstruse, in fucking
Chinese?
Thanks but no thanks; that far exceeds the limits of my puny brain.
So that pretty much concludes prelims, bringing this post to an abrupt end.
